Planned Outages for Garrard County on October 1, 2014

Attention Inter-County Energy Members

Danville, KY – Inter-County Energy is planning two short outages for Wednesday, October 1, 2014.

The first one will start at 9:30am and will be in the Kelly Ridge area of Garrard County.  The second one will begin at 10am and will be the areas of Rt 1295/Kirksville Rd in Garrard County. These power outages are for the purpose of upgrading our system and should take no longer 30 minutes each.

Inter-County Energy wishes to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this necessary power outage may cause. If you experience an outage longer than the specified times, please call 1-866-224-2235 to report it.

 

Planned Outages for Garrard County on October 2, 2014

Lebanon, KY – Inter-County Energy is planning a short outage for Thursday, October 2, 2014.  The temporary outage will start at 10:00am and will be in the following areas of Marion County.

Old Hwy 68                     St. Joe Road

Mack Bradley Road       Livers Ln

Jessietown Road

This power outage is for the purpose of upgrading our system and should take no longer 3 hours.  Inter-County Energy wishes to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this necessary power outage may cause. If you experience an outage longer than the specified times, please call 1-866-224-2235 to report it.

Inter-County Energy members should prepare for possible power outages during summer storm season by having a battery-powered radio with fresh batteries on hand.  Inter-County Energy will make regular updates to local media during large, extended power outages given areas affected and progress made to restore power.

Remember to “PLAY IT SAFE” and always consider all downed-power lines as energized and stay clear of the area.  Downed-power lines, outages or other emergency situations should be reported to Inter-County Energy by calling 1-866-224-2235 (available 24/7).
