SCATTERED STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP EARLY AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING. SOME STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE WITH DAMAGING
WINDS AND HAIL BEING THE MAIN THREATS.

 

Remember to PLAY IT SAFE AROUND ELECTRICITY and stay clear of downed power lines.  Report outages, downed power lines or other emergencies to Inter-County Energy by calling the Outage Reporting Line at 1-866-224-2235.  Checklist and Outage Tips

Inter-County Energy members should always be prepared in the event winter storms cause power outages.  Members should have the following items on hand at all times:

Flashlights and fresh, extra batteries

Battery-backup powered NOAA weather radio

AM/FM radio

Extra food and water

Can opener

Extra medicine and baby supplies

First aid kit

Emergency heat source

Fire extinguisher

Smoke alarm
